Missionary Baskets
A pastor friend, Horst Trojahn, (he may not like that I have publicly linked his name with mine!) wanted to know what would be some good things to put in a missionary basket. So I asked some missionaries to send in their ideas. A few of them are listed below. As a christian, we should be grateful for anything that they would be so kind as to give us. Do we really think that we have reached the level where we deserve it? May we continue to be grateful for everything. Hey maybe soon I will do a list of things the missionary can put in the churches care basket. Missionaries do give gifts to churches, don’t they??

travel games- yahtzee, scrabble, etc
band-aids
mouth wash, (name brand stuff- not the generic everything)
stamps
gift cards to wal-mart, etc
stationary
audio books
gas cards
restaurant gift cards
c.d. books/libraries on c.d.
Hand sanitizer
batteries
high-lighters
color books for kids
envelopes
thank you cards
