Mark Stewart
Many of you have been praying for Bro. Mark Stewart. Below is a letter he sent out. Thank you so much for remembering this dear brother that helps so many missionaries with our board.
I first want to say how much I appreciate all of the prayers and emails of encouragement that have been given on behalf of my girls and me! I am feeling alot better than I was two weeks ago. I am still very weak and I exhaust very easily. The Dr. said he didn’t want me to do anything for at least the next two months. I am still unsure as to the extent of damage that was done to my heart but we will be having more ct scans and stress test in the near future to determine exactly what has been damaged. I am long past due on this email but have just not had the strength to do much of anything. Men if you start hurting in your back and chest and then it starts hurting in your arms and hands and jaws, it’s not going to just go away, YOU ARE HAVING A HEART ATTACK!! Hope that little bit of info will help someone to go to the hospital a little earlier than I did. I thought by the time I dialed 911 that I was leaving this world. I had never experienced anything like that in my life and all I could do was pray for God to have mercy and to please if it was His will to let me stay and raise my two precious girls. God had mercy! I love you all and thank the Lord Jesus every day for a family like M.W.B.M. Again continue to pray for the girls and me as I try to heal during the next couple of months. I know that I must have heard this somewhere before but I am just not sure where I heard it but the thought came to me the other day,”Get busy dying or get busy living!” I think I’ll get busy living!
