Information Packets
I had a yourng man call today inquiring as to when he should send information packets out. I think it is a good idea to send information packets out to everyone that would request one. The information packet is important and needs to have information about you, your field, ministry, home church, mission board, etc. Following up on your information packet is vitally important. Give the pastor about two weeks to get the material and review it. Call the pastor until you get in touch with him. Be understanding and loving when you speak with him. In my opinion, the key to information packets is follow up. (of course you have to mail them first!)
Get your information out there and then follow up. It pays off.
