Bible Readers

Plan B is what you use when Plan A didn’t get the job done.  Perhaps you made the promise to read your Bible through this year but got away from it already.  Here is plan B.

Re-structure your reading schedule to complete just the Old Testament this year.  Divide the remaining reading up through the last of the Old Testament books so that by New Year’s Eve you are finished with the Old Testament.  Then for next year, you can start on the New Testament.

 I will finish my Bible for the second time this year in 25 days and I think this has been one of the best readings ever.  I have spent a good bit of time reading it out loud this trip through.  What a blessing it has been.  You can stay even more focused on what you are reading when you do that.  Try it sometime.
